6 infusions to help your digestive system

Poor diet, stress, sedentary lifestyle... can all cause digestive problems that, while temporary, are still bothersome. The solution may be found in a cup.

Infusions can be great allies to help us alleviate our digestive disorders. A cup with an infusion can be a real source of health. Take note of six infusions that will help you protect your digestive system.

GREEN ANISE

Make a green anise infusion for flatulence; it will help you eliminate it and relieve bloating. You can also use it to relieve colic in children.

LEMON BALM

A lemon balm infusion will help you if your problem is that you eat too fast since it contributes to alleviating every digestive disorder with a nervous origin. In addition, it has soothing effects for upset stomachs.

CHAMOMILE

Chamomile infusion is ideal after an abundant meal to stimulate digestion because it enhances the secretion of gastric juices. You can use it to tackle nausea and vomiting.

SENNA

Senna is a great ally if you suffer from chronic constipation since it has laxative properties, so if you take an infusion at night, it will stimulate intestinal mobility the next morning.

BOLDO

A boldo infusion will help you digest fat if it does not sit well with you: Boldo is an excellent depurative that also protects the liver.

COMBINE THEM

Finally, a combination of liquorice, peppermint, and anise is ideal if you suffer from gastritis, acidity or ulcers.

An infusion is a healthy option at any time of the year. In winter, drink it hot and freshly brewed. To refresh in good weather, you can prepare in the morning the quantity you are going to drink during the day and store it in the fridge to drink it cold.

Do not sweeten it, and when necessary, the best options are honey, panela or stevia. Another option is to add a few drops of lemon juice.
