Enjoy Burveg Original, our organic plant-based burger, with guacamole and Vegenesa mixed with sriracha sauce.
  • 2 Burveg Original of Soria Natural
  • 2 burger buns
  • Eggplant
  • Zucchini
  • Red onion
  • Vegenesa of Soria Natural
  • 2 tbsp of Sriracha sauce
  • Olive oil


  • 1 avocado (300 g aprox)
  • 1/2 onion
  • Coriander
  • 1 piece of red chilli
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • Salt of Soria Natural



Chop the onion and set aside. Open the avocado, remove the stone, extract the pulp and mash in a bowl with the help of a fork. Then, add the onion, chopped coriander, chopped chili, a tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice and salt, mix all and set aside.


Cut the vegetables into slices, add salt, pepper and oil. Cook in a frying pan or grill and set aside. Mix the Vegenesa with the sriracha sauce and set aside. Cook the Burveg on the grill while toasting the bread opened in half. Assemble the burger.
