Veggie wrap with porcini burguer

Our new organic and vegan burgers, along with Vegenesa and jalapenos are the perfect filling for these Veggie Wraps.


  • 2 plant-based porcini burgers from Soria Natural
  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 tablespoons of caramelized onion
  • Jalapenos
  • 1 tin of Vegenesa from Soria Natural
  • Grated vegan cheese
  • Olive oil


Cook the burgers in a frying pan with a drop of olive oil until golden brown. Add a tablespoon of Vegenesa to one of the tortillas and spread. On it, add the caramelized onion, a slice of tomato and the chopped or sliced jalapenos. Place the porcini burger on top, and add a bit of grated vegan cheese.

Then, place another tortilla on top and close by folding the ends. Cook the Burger Wraps in a frying pan until both sides are golden brown. Serve with more Vegenesa and extra jalapenos.
