Whole wheat toasts with mushroom spread and seitan


Here is an easy recipe with our 100% whole Espeltrote bread, made of sourdough and with no added sugars. Combine it with mushroom veggie spread and spongy seitan and... enjoy!

Follow these simple steps, and in just 20 minutes, you’ll have this dish ready for 8 people.

Mix the ginger, sesame oil, honey and soy sauce in a bowl and set aside.

Slice the seitan and place it on a tray. Then add the marinated mixture, keep for 15 minutes, and stir fry in a frying pan with a little olive oil and set aside.

Spread the mushroom spread on the toasts, place the seitan above it, and on top of the seitan, place the arugula seasoned with olive oil, a pinch of salt and black cumin seeds.
