Soria Natural has obtained the
certification as a manufacturer and packer of gluten-free products according
to the European Licensing System (ELS) Regulation.
The
certification includes more than 40 products, which will include
the ELS seal in their packaging. This seal is an international symbol recognized
by all consumers who must follow gluten-free diets and provides great confidence
to the celiac community as it is a quick reference when they try to acquire
gluten-free products.
Among the certified
products, there are our ranges of cookies, breakfast cereals, snacks,
croquettes and crackerbreads. All these products also have the organic
certification.
Soria
Natural is a reference company in Castile and Leon in the manufacturing
of specific gluten-free products, which are also part of the Official
List of Gluten-Free Foods that FACE edits annually.
