Prepare delicious seitan brochettes with your favourite fruits and vegetables. You will have ready a delicious grilled dish in just 20 minutes.
Drain seitan dices. Cut the fruit into sections, the chive and the pepper, and put them on brochette sticks alternating with seitan.
Mince the garlic and the ginger finely, and brown with a couple of oil tablespoons until it starts to dance. Add the cooked rice, brown for a minute, add pepper, season with salt and add coriander.
Add a few drops of olive oil on the brochettes and grill them, browning them on all sides. Serve together with rice.
