Tofu is made by coagulating soybeans drink with magnesium salts. The liquid part is separated from the solid part by a pressing process.

It has numerous healthy properties

How to cook tofu?

It can be cooked in numerous culinary styles. Tofu has a neutral flavor, and this is one of its great qualities. Tofu has the ability to absorb the flavor of the ingredients with which it is cooked.

The recipes with tofu can be as broad as our taste and imagination allow. It can be eaten in salads, in soups, stewed, fried, baked, as a base for croquettes or burgers, in burritos or even in desserts.

If it is organic, so much better

Since most of the soybeans grown in the world are genetically modified, it is very important to look for a quality, organic tofu. The seal of organic agriculture guarantees that the raw materials used have not been genetically modified, in addition to guarantee that no pesticides or chemical fertilizers have been used.

We have a wide experience in the manufacturing of tofu, offering a wide range of seven different types of 100% organic tofu
