PEPPERMINT Essential Oil

Essential oil of peppermint (Mentha piperita L., aerial part) 

Take 2-4 drops, 2-3 times daily in a teaspoonful of honey or sugar. 

• Keep out of the reach of small children.
• Do not administer to pregnant women or to children under 8 years of age and people with liver disease.
• Do not use as a substitute for a varied and well-balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Do not exceed the expressly recommended dose.
